Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that are designed to meet specific business needs. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to enhance components across systems or applications, utilizing modern frameworks and agile practices to ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing solutions. You will also be responsible for problem-solving and providing innovative solutions to challenges that arise during the development process.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and workflows.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and integration.
- Experience with database management and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Experience in implementing security measures and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
No. of hours per week: 45
Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Work Set up: Hybrid
Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week
Project Location (During onsite): 1x a month – UT2 Other RTO days – Work near Home
