Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior AWS Voice Cloud Developer with deep, proven experience in designing and delivering end-to-end Amazon Connect voice solutions. This is a pure cloud engineering role focused on building complex contact flows, serverless integrations, and multi-system voice architectures — not operations or call center management.
The role demands strong ownership of technical delivery, the ability to mentor junior developers, and confidence in making design decisions within a cloud-native voice platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Amazon Connect contact flows, including complex IVR logic, routing strategies, and call orchestration
Develop robust AWS Lambda-based integrations for voice workflows, backend processing, and event-driven automation
Architect and manage multi-instance Amazon Connect deployments across federated environments
Integrate AWS Voice platform with external systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns
Implement telephony routing logic, number management, and call lifecycle handling at scale
Own technical delivery for voice platform features — from design through build, test, and deployment
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews on Lambda functions and flow configurations
Collaborate with architects and delivery leads to align on solution design, environment strategy, and integration patterns
Drive testing strategy (unit, SIT, UAT) and lead troubleshooting of production-grade voice flows
Mandatory Technical Skills:
Area Requirement
Amazon Connect - Deep hands-on experience building instances, contact flows, routing strategies, and agent experience configurations
IVR Design - Strong expertise in IVR orchestration, call flow logic, DTMF/speech handling
AWS Lambda - Proficient in building production-grade Lambda functions (Node.js / Python)
AWS Platform - Strong knowledge of API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, event-driven architecture
Integration - Proven experience integrating Amazon Connect with external platforms via APIs and middleware
Infrastructure-as-Code - Experience with CloudFormation / CDK for voice platform provisioning
Development - Strong software engineering fundamentals (clean code, version control, CI/CD awareness)
Mandatory Experience Criteria (BPO Filter):
Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Amazon Connect implementations (design → build → deploy → optimize)
Demonstrated experience in solution build and technical leadership, not call center operations
Experience in multi-system integration environments (AWS + CRM + telephony provider)
Track record of working in cloud engineering or platform development teams
Nice to Have:
Salesforce Service Cloud Voice integration experience (CTI adapter, voice-to-case, interaction lifecycle)
Experience in large-scale, federated contact center deployments
Omnichannel solution exposure (voice, chat, messaging, tasks)
AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect certification
Experience with Lex bots for conversational IVR

Hard Qualifier: Candidates without hands-on Amazon Connect development (flows + Lambda + system integrations) will not be considered.
