Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the IT services and staff augmentation industry, particularly with experience from companies like Nityo Infotech and similar organizations in Manila.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development and Sales Strategy

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for staff augmentation services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline targeting BFSI, healthcare, telecommunications, and technology sectors
• Develop detailed account plans for key target enterprises

1. Revenue Generation

• Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Drive new client acquisition and expand existing client portfolios
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial models for staff augmentation services
