Position Details

  • Role: Finance & Admin Assistant
  • Experience Required: 2–3 years preferably in logistics and warehouse operations
  • Location: Bacoor, Cavite
  • Work Setup: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions
  • Process supplier payments
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and issue invoices and billing statements
  • Prepare cash receipt and payment vouchers
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding documents)
  • Assist in processing company permits and documents
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
