Position Details
- Role: Finance & Admin Assistant
- Experience Required: 2–3 years preferably in logistics and warehouse operations
- Location: Bacoor, Cavite
- Work Setup: Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions
- Process supplier payments
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and issue invoices and billing statements
- Prepare cash receipt and payment vouchers
- Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
- Support administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding documents)
- Assist in processing company permits and documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
