Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role includes overseeing the design and implementation phases, ensuring that development practices meet high standards for quality, scalability, and performance. The position requires close collaboration with various teams to align technical solutions with business goals, while fostering an environment that supports innovation and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP SD Sales Order Management.
- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals.
- In-depth knowledge of sales order processing and management within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Strong capability in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions tailored to business needs.
- Experience in integrating SAP modules with custom software components to enhance functionality.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.
Must have and Good to have skills: Must have: S/4 Implementation in Sales and Distribution
Must have: SAP Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals or SAP Corporate Serialization
Flex up to CL 8 and CL 7 to find a good skill and experience match.
CL 8 : More than 5 years – 7 years (100,000-150000,
CL 7 : 7 years of experience above (-175000)
Number of years experiences needed: Completed at least 2 full cycle implementations.
No. of hours per week: 45
Shift Schedule: 7AM to 5PM
Work Set up: Hybrid
