Work Location: Head Office / Anggono

Work Schedule: 7am-4pm/ Onsite

Non Negotiable: Must have Litigation Experience for at least 2-3 years. Must have experience in Land cases.

Job Description:

  1. Assist in the conduct of due diligence. Conduct due diligence on properties eyed by the Company for investment like future expansion or possible source of additional raw materials. The review includes site inspection, technical research, validation and evaluation of documents and verification of involved parties (owners or those with SPA) prior to endorsement to project proponent.
  2. Assist in the implement and maintain an effective and efficient system for monitoring and accounting of real property assets and cases connected to it. Implement and maintain a system for monitoring, accounting and updating all real properties owned or leased by the Company and their corresponding records such as Original Certificate of Title (OCT) or Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT), electronic map, contracts, permits, and other related documents to make it readily available at all times.
  3. Assist in securing and protecting the Company’s ownership and enjoyment over real properties acquired, leased or exchanged. Assist in monitoring cases and claims related to all Company properties.
  4. Assist in protecting and defending the rights and enjoyment of the Company over properties which are subject of dispute/s. Where there is an issue as to ownership and/or possession, jobholder determines the validity of the claim and gives recommendations for disposition by Management.
  5. Assist the handling counsel in the research, documentation and preparation of requirements for lawsuits involving properties, taxes, permits and licenses for and/or against the company.
  6. Assist in the disposal of Non-Essential Real Property Assets.
  7. Assist the Real Property Manager in providing legal advice and services on all matters/issues with legal consequences brought before the office, including but not limited to counselling, and/or assistance on regulatory, documentation, negotiation, due diligence of various businesses and transactions.
  8. Draft and review contracts and other legal documents involving the company or directly related to or pertaining to its operations to ensure compliance with the policies and standards of the company.
